When powering up a Vantage Vue Console you should hear 4 beeps, or 3 beeps on a Vantage Pro 2 Console, when the data logger has successfully connected.
If your data logger has been recognised by the console but you are still experiencing issues, take a look at the following videos for further support.
If you are having issues communicating with a USB data logger, or if windows does not recognize the device, you can try running the data logger as a virtual serial device.
If your IP logger loses connection with the servers and often needs restarting, this can normally be solved by assigning a static IP address. Follow the video or download our step by step guide.
