Choose a cabled station for the most economical installation where lightning risk is minimal.
This Cabled Vantage Pro 2 ISS comes with a Cabled Vantage Pro2 Legacy Console, which receives data directly from the outdoor sensor suite via a cabled connection. USB plug pack and backup batteries not included. On the console, you’ll get your own local forecast, highs/lows, totals or averages, and graphs for virtually all weather variables over the past 24 days, months, or years. To store more detailed historical data, you would need to add a WeatherLink USB Data Logger (#6510USB) or a WeatherLink SER Data Logger (#6510SER). You can push the data to the WeatherLink cloud with a DB100AU MeteoBridge (#DB100).

Additional Information:
Cabled Vantage Pro2 consoles supply power to the sensor suite through the console cable. Because of the added power consumption of the sensor suite, the cabled console requires an AC power adapter used as the main power supply.
You will need to supply your own USB power adapter with 5VDC output at 1.0A, as well as 3 x C batteries for the Console. Most modern power boards come with a 1.5-3A USB slot that regulates to the device plugged into it.
The console batteries provide backup power for up to four to six weeks.
